FRONT OFFICE AGENT



We need an exceptional and passionate Front Office Agent to join our team and to support the Front Office team. NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB



You make sure that our guests feel completely at ease here with us and are therefore on hand with help and advice. Reception is the heart of the hostel and your service contributes significantly to their well-being. You are aware of this responsibility at all times. You report directly to the FO management. Together with your team of up to 7 people, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly in the department. The weekly benchmark here is guest satisfaction.

Passionate for hospitality and the youth travel market Passionate for delivering excellent customer service Strong leadership skills with ability to coach, mentor, train and develop crew members Hands-on experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights You must be eligible to work in the EU to be considered for this role


YOUR ROCK STAR EXPERIENCE



Previous experience working in the hospitality industry and in a similar role Possess a high level of commercial awareness and sales capabilities in addition to excellent leadership skills Competent level of IT proficiency Conversant in at least one Property Management System
