French Speaking Advisor

in Technical Support

, you’ll be the first point of contact for various customer inquiries — whether by phone, email, or chat.

Position details:



Start date: As soon as possible | Full-time | 100% remote | Service hours: Monday – Sunday, 08:00 – 24:00 | Required support languages: French (fluent/conversational) and English (advanced) | Up to €2,300 gross/month I Up to 200 EUR performance bonus

Your Tasks



Explain technical issues to customers clearly, understandably, and in a friendly way – especially through chat communication. Handle additional small tasks via email and process requests reliably and in a structured way. Engage with people by phone when necessary – especially for follow-ups after chat interactions. Manage user inquiries regarding verification, identity checks, and obtaining the blue verification badge. Handle reports of discrimination, bullying, or inappropriate behaviour with sensitivity and seek solution-oriented approaches. Identify potential cases of identity theft or fake accounts and take appropriate action. Support users facing challenges with reach, public visibility, or suspected restrictions (e.g. shadow bans). Answer questions about monetization, payouts, and the use of related features. Assist with account access issues and ensure users can safely use their profiles again. Actively contribute to maintaining a safe and supportive digital environment for creators and verified accounts.

You’re

French

skills (at least C1 level)

, spoken and written. Have

good English skills (at least B2 level)

communication talent

with a service-oriented attitude, interacting with customers in a friendly and approachable manner. Have an

flexibly cover rotating shifts

during service hours (Monday – Sunday, 08:00 – 24:00). Are

confident using a computer

Ideally, you also have:



Experience in customer service. A completed vocational training and experience in customer support.
