We are seeking an ONSITE IT & Network Support Engineer for flexible, freelance-style assignments in your local area. Are you open to task-based contractual work? Compensation is available on an hourly, half-day, or daily rate. Tickets are assigned based on your location and availability (weekdays or weekends).
Assignments include L1 & L2 IT/Network tasks such as desktop support, hardware replacements/installations (e.g., hard drives, server/rack components), and assisting remote teams with access to onsite networking equipment (Routers/Switches/Firewalls).
? Proficient in Desktop System Administration, Customer Support, Incident/Change/Release Management, and supporting third-party software on Windows OS.
? ITIL and Windows Server Administration certified, with skills in scripting to improve operations and create proactive tech solutions.
? Good knowledge of basic networking: IP configuration, DNS, DHCP, wireless LAN troubleshooting, Ethernet setup, and subnetting basics.
? Practical experience across various OS platforms—Windows, iOS, Android, and BlackBerry—with advanced troubleshooting across different devices.
