Providing an excellent atmosphere to relax, watch sports and be entertained, whilst serving premium drinks and food which is locally sourced, seasonal and sustainable where possible. Your Profile
We’re looking for someone who can handle
every IT/AV issue a pub throws at you
, including:
Managing and troubleshooting
Wi?Fi networks & routers
Maintaining or fixing
till systems (POS)
and
card payment terminals
Supporting
TVs, karaoke gear, sound systems, lighting, and AV setups
Dealing with
cabling, switches, and general pub IT infrastructure
Being responsive during busy hours, with a calm, solution-oriented attitude
Quick communication—
English
required, German a bonus
Previous experience in hospitality tech or freelance IT/AV support preferred
Your Responsibilities
Ensure our
Wi?Fi network stays strong and stable
, especially during busy nights
Fix and support
tills and card readers
, ensuring payment systems run smoothly
Set up and troubleshoot
TVs, sound systems, and karaoke equipment
Handle
lighting and cabling issues
, keeping the pub’s atmosphere seamless
Respond quickly if systems fail—guests don’t wait for tech downtime
Advise on upgrades or improvements to our tech setup for better reliability and guest experience
