Your role

Right Hand to the Founder. Future Finance Leader.


You’ll work directly with Ovom’s CEO across strategic, financial, and operational topics — and grow into a

finance leadership role

as the company matures.


It’s an

execution-first, impact-loaded

seat at the table during one of the most dynamic phases of company building - from seed toward series A and beyond.

Your responsibilities will include:

Financial Operations

: Oversee cashflow, runway, investor reporting, and budget models

Fundraising

: Support investor materials, financial forecasts, and capital strategy

Strategic Projects

: Tackle M&A, international expansion, pricing, new business models

Company Building

: Help shape how the company is run and grows — from KPI tracking to building sustainable internal systems.

Problem-Solving Partner

: Work side-by-side with Chief of Staff and CEO on putting out fires

Your profile

We’re looking for an

ambitious operator

with strong financial thinking, a bias for action, and the hunger to grow into a leadership role.

You might be a fit if you…

Have

1–3 years

of experience in VC, consulting, banking, startup ops, or similar high-performance environments Are

analytically sharp

— Excel/Sheets is your playground, financial models your second language Can

structure chaos

— you see patterns, connect dots, and turn ideas into action Thrive in

high-velocity, founder-led

environments with steep learning curves Have a

bias for action
