Founders Associate (m/f/d)

As a Founders Associate (m/f/d), you’ll be the CEO’s right hand - helping drive strategic initiatives, solve complex problems, and ensure operational excellence across the company. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, learns fast, and wants to grow into a leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:

Work directly with the CEO on strategic projects, fundraising, investor relations, and company-wide initiatives Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and prepare decision-ready insights Support internal operations, including hiring, OKRs, and cross-functional coordination Prepare presentations, reports, and communications for internal and external stakeholders Own special projects from ideation to execution (e.g., partnerships, process improvements) Act as a sparring partner to the CEO and leadership team

Basic Qualification:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field 1 - 3 years of experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities (German and English) Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action High integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information Passion for space, technology, and startups
