What you’ll do:

Work directly with leadership

- Support our C-Level and key teams in executing strategic initiatives and scaling the company.

Get hands-on experience across business functions

- Contribute to Go-To-Market, Product and Organizational Development to gain a holistic view of startup success.

Build scalable processes

- Identify bottlenecks, optimize workflows, and set up systems that enable efficiency and growth.

Take ownership of projects

- Lead high-impact initiatives from start to finish, ensuring execution and measurable results. Our

You’ve been in the trenches

– In the past, you’ve demonstrated you’re in the top 5% of your peers through founding experience, internships (esp. in high-growth startups, consulting, venture capital/private equity or investment banking), leadership roles in student initiatives and/or above average curricular achievements.

Empathy for the backbone of our society

- doinstruct serves those who are being overlooked everyday. We highly appreciate if you’ve had touch points with blue collar worker verticals or can demonstrate a deep passion for supporting them.

Fluent in English

– Additional languages are a plus.
