As a Founders’ Associate Intern, you will take on high-impact projects that shape the future of one of Europe’s fastest growing HealthTech/FinTech startups. You will be at the heart of strategic planning and operational execution: identifying opportunities, streamlining processes, and accelerating growth across teams.

What you’ll get to do

Support Day-to-Day Leadership Activities:

Work closely with the team, providing hands-on assistance in their daily business operations and decision-making processes.

Prepare Reports and Analyses for Data-Driven Decisions:

Support in developing reportings, performing data analysis, and providing actionable insights to guide strategic and tactical decision-making.

Contribute to Cross-Functional Projects:

Actively participate in diverse projects, driving their execution while offering fresh ideas and innovative solutions.

Enhance Internal Operational Excellence:

Support and optimize operational workflows across core functions, including Finance, People, Operations, and Commercial teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

What you'll bring

You are available for a minimum duration of at least 5 months You have gained initial practical experience in demanding, dynamic environments (e.g., internships or working student roles in high-growth startups, fintechs, Big 4, investment banking, etc.). You are motivated to take on responsibility and actively drive your personal growth. You possess strong analytical skills and a hands-on mentality. Your judgment allows you to decide when "done" is better than "perfect" – and vice versa. You are curious and enjoy challenging the status quo. You share our culture, which is based on an open mindset, high standards, and pragmatism. You are fluent in German and English.
