About the Role
We’re hiring a Founder’s Associate — a high-agency, tech-savvy generalist who will work side-by-side with the CEO and founding team to drive growth, streamline operations, and shape our company from the ground up.
This role is not about following a playbook — it’s about writing one. You’ll get hands-on exposure to every corner of a fast-moving startup, from marketing and sales to recruiting, operations, and strategic initiatives. If you’re fluent in modern AI and automation tools, eager to solve real problems, and ready to grow into a potential Chief of Staff role, this is your chance to have a front-row seat (and hands firmly on the wheel) in a rocketship company.
Tasks
Growth Enablement: Learn to drive our marketing and sales processes, track progress, and coordinate execution across campaigns and outreach.
Talent Acquisition: Support recruiting from sourcing to closing top talent, helping us grow an A+ team.
Operations Excellence: Own and improve internal workflows — from scheduling and documentation to process optimization.
Knowledge Building: Contribute to our internal content knowledge base and help translate our work into website, marketing, and social content.
People Operations: Assist with HR workflows and team coordination to keep everything running smoothly.
Project Leadership: Manage projects and timelines across multiple functions, ensuring alignment and momentum.
Strategic Partnership: Grow into a right-hand role for the CEO — acting as a sounding board, thought partner, and execution engine.
Requirements
Experience: 1–5 years in a professional role, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
Skill Set: Hands-on in at least one area — recruiting, operations, project management, marketing/sales, or business support.
Tech Fluency: A digital native, comfortable with AI tools, automations, Notion, and modern workflows.
Mindset: Highly organized, proactive, low-ego, curious, and eager to learn by doing.
Location: Based in Berlin, available for an in-office/hybrid setup.
