Foreign Exchange Trader is a senior position in the Front Office, responsible for executing transactions in the foreign exchange market. The candidate will serve as a central point of contact for our portfolio managers and other key investment decision-makers and play a key role in optimizing trading processes and identifying investment opportunities.

Executing of transactions in foreign exchange across all products – spot, forward, options, swaps - in line with our best execution and risk management practices Close collaboration with portfolio managers, adding value by identifying actionable investment opportunities and best approach for trade implementation Management of existing foreign exchange exposures in our systematic and passive overlay strategies Conduct in-depth analysis and preparation of transaction cost reports, presentations on market trends and trading activities, proactively supporting the investment process Have strong knowledge of products, market structure and technology and demonstrate ownership of projects, identifying opportunities to optimize and improve trading processes Ability to leverage technology to improve effectiveness and efficiency, by developing custom solutions using programming languages and data analytics Building reliable and active trading relationships and processes with external market participants, including sell/side market makers, vendors, and trading platforms

Your qualifications:



Dynamic FX Trader with 5+ years of experience at top-tier buy-/sell-side institutions, bringing deep knowledge of foreign exchange market structure and execution strategies Strong academic foundation in Economics (or related field), paired with a track record of analytical excellence and high-performance trading Skilled in leveraging data analysis, machine learning techniques, and automation tools to enhance trading efficiency and strategy development High level of decision-making ability (situational, fast), recognized for a strong risk awareness and the ability to remain calm and objective despite market environment Effective communicator and collaborative team player, fluent in German and English, with a professional demeanor and well-balanced sense of humor
