As F&B Manager at Adina, you will take responsibility for all culinary areas, set standards and responsibly ensure their implementation. With personality and know-how, you will contribute to the unique experience of our guests and ensure smooth processes in our F&B areas with leadership skills. This includes all F&B-related activities, personnel issues, standards and ensuring customer and team satisfaction. As a true team leader, you pass on departmental guidelines and service procedures to the entire team during trainings. In addition, you will reliably take care of purchasing and inventory control with Futurelog in accordance with the guidelines, as well as the duty roster and vacation planning of the department.
