Your Tasks

• Before laying the flooring, you inspect the subfloor, smooth it, level it, and, if necessary, create subfloor structures.
• You professionally install floor coatings and coverings made of plastic-based and mineral coating systems, including parquet, laminate, and various other types of flooring.
• You perform surface treatments, including sealing.
• You calculate material requirements and plan the individual work steps.

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed training as an interior decorator, floor layer, or parquet installer and/or have several years of professional experience.
• Ambitious career starters are welcome and will be systematically and goal-oriented trained with us.
• You are responsible, detail-oriented, and a team player.
• You have an independent work style, strong communication skills, and a passion for your profession.
• A Class B driver’s license is required (company vehicle can be taken home).
• EU citizenship or a permanent residence and work permit
• Good German language skills

• Attractive salary (€17-20/hour gross) plus daily allowances (€14)
