What you will do

As part of our Field Operations team, you will:

Swap batteries and deploy e-scooters around the city Move, tidy, and collect scooters as needed Assist with simple maintenance and repairs Maintain close communication with the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Your workday will be varied, hands-on, and physical – perfect for someone who enjoys being active, collaborating, and working outdoors in the city.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who:

Has a category B driver’s license Is structured, reliable, and solution-oriented Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys physical work Communicates well in German and English Is eager to learn, flexible, and a team player
Previous experience in similar work is a plus – but the most important thing is having the right attitude.
