Job Title:

Fitness Coach (Part Time, Temporary)

Erlangen, Germany

About the role:

High Five Health Promotion proudly partner with commercial partners to provide health and wellbeing support to their employees. From active spaces, group classes to physiotherapy and wellbeing seminars, our goal is to reduce physical and mental stresses in corporate environments, through fitness.

Your responsibilities:

Deliver intervention programmes as part of workplace health promotion. Providing 360 support on the training floor. Offering preventative and sports therapy-based support to our members. Conducting classes, both digital and in-person. Supporting health days and workplace health promotion events. Contributing to project work. Assisting with new concept developments and innovations.

What you’ll bring:

A valid Trainer B License. A background in sports science (e.g. Sports & Rehab Trainer, Sports Scientist, Health Economics, Sports and Gymnastics Trainer or equivalent qualifications). Enjoy working with people. The energy and enthusiasm to motivate others to achieve their goals. Flexible, committed, and loyal. Confident in presenting and leading groups in fitness and wellness classes. Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken. English language skills at minimum level B1.
