Neumann Gruppe GmbH, the Headquaters of Neumann Kaffee Gruppe, is located in Hamburg. At NG, we coordinate the activities of the group and manage overall developments strategically. We also support the work of the group companies with various functional areas, such as Compliance, Controlling, IT, Legal, Tax, Risk Control, HR, and Communications.
For our group company, Neumann Gruppe GmbH, we are looking for a
First Level Support(f/m/d).

The position reports directly to the Head of Infrastructure.



Your responsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact within the IT Operations Team and the single point of contact for our employees in global group companies. Provide support for hardware and software issues, including mobile devices, both on-site at employee workstations and remotely. Hands-on involvement in setting up and converting IT equipment for new workstations and during internal office relocations. Record, process, and coordinate tickets to the appropriate departments. Analyze system requirements and identify potential for optimization. Assist with the setup, configuration, operation, and further development of MS 365 products, including Azure and Intune (upgrades & updates). Responsible for setting up user profiles, as well as handing over and instructing new employees on device usage as part of the onboarding process. Create, maintain, and expand documentation for hardware and software.

Your profileYou have a background in IT, through formal training (e.g., IT systems integration) or as a career changer with proven, hands-on IT skills and experience. As a dedicated team player, you possess a strong customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication abilities. Fluency in both English and German is essential.
