Wie Du die Zukunft mitgestalten kannst:
Als Mitglied der Werkfeuerwehr im Bereich HSE&C bist Du mit Deinem Team zuständig für den vorbeugenden und abwehrenden Brandschutz im Betriebsbereich der BP in Lingen unter Berücksichtigung der Vorgaben des Niedersächsischen Brandschutzgesetzes und des Verpflichtungsbescheides der Überwachungsbehörde. Das Team stellt ebenso den Werkschutz für den Betriebsbereich der BP in Lingen sicher und ist erster Ansprechpartner für das am Haupttor der BP in Lingen tätige Wachschutzunternehmen. Gemeinsam mit dem Werksarzt betreiben die Rettungssanitäter die Sanitätsstelle und stellen die medizinische Notfallversorgung für die BP Lingen sicher.
Dein neues Aufgabenumfeld – anspruchsvoll und zukunftsorientiert:
Tätigkeit im Einsatzdienst im Bereich Brandbekämpfung, technische Hilfeleistung, Gefahrstoffabwehr sowie medizinische Notfallversorgung;
Arbeiten in sämtlichen Dienstleistungsbereichen der Abteilung Werkfeuerwehr (z. B. Atemschutz, Gasmesstechnik, Höhensicherung, Sanitätsdienst einschließlich Arbeiten in der Sanitätsstelle, Fuhrparkmanagement etc.);
Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Unterweisungen und Ausbildung als Dienstleistung für Betriebsangehörige und Mitarbeiter von Partnerunternehmen (z. B. CoW-Schulung, Brandschutzausbildung, Erste-Hilfe Ausbildung, sämtliche Atemschutzausbildungen);
Einsatz als Leitstellendisponent in der Einsatzleitstelle der Werkfeuerwehr;
Teilnahme an regelmäßigen Übungen, Schulungen und Unterweisungen, um die persönliche und einsatztaktische Kompetenz kontinuierlich zu erweitern;
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen der Werkfeuerwehr sowie mit anderen Abteilungen, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Einsatz- und Bereitschaftsdienst sicherzustellen;
Unterstützung im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit;
Dein Qualifikationsprofil – fundiert und aus Leidenschaft:
Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Berufsfeuerwehrmann/-frau (B3 Qualifikation) nach APVO-Feu Niedersachsen (oder vergleichbar);
Eignung für den Rettungs-/ Sanitätsdienst und zur Höhenrettung;
Uneingeschränkte Diensttauglichkeit, um körperlichen und psychischen Anforderungen des Feuerwehrdienstes gewachsen zu sein: Eignungsbeurteilung "Atemschutzgeräte" (ehemals G26-3), Eignungsbeurteilung für Arbeiten mit Absturzgefahr, Eignungsbeurteilung für Fahr-, Steuer- und Überwachungstätigkeiten;
gute Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten;
Fähigkeit auch in kritischen Situationen überlegt zu reagieren;
Hohe Teamfähigkeit;
Verbindliches Auftreten gegenüber Dritten;
Hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft;
Ausgeprägtes Interesse an der Feuerwehrtätigkeit;
Motivation, Engagement und Bereitschaft, sich neuen Herausforderungen zu stellen
