Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you




Supports coordination of FS activities of all entities in scope and facilitates FS activities, incl. follow-up of any FS related risks, findings/recommendations and observations as well as regular control results.
Ensures together with the COO Compliance team Germany the contribution of the Financial Security Germany Domain to the Group reporting and risk assessment.
Supports the ABC Correspondent for the German Territory and PF Austria.
Supports FS Compliance and Group projects with impact for FS, coordinates between all (FS) stakeholders and prepares regular status updates.
Contributes to the legal/regulatory watch with regard to Financial Security topics and supports coordination of the yearly risk analysis exercise

Fosters alignment of FS procedure implementation/update by coordinating Group and territory-level policies in collaboration with COO Procedure Management and the Heads of FS across business lines, promoting consistency and operational integrity.
Ensures and supports actuality of internal FS training material.

Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer




Bachelor/Master with Legal and/or Economic educational background or
Banking apprenticeship, ideally supplemented by banking specialist / Banking specialized economist
Knowledge and previous experience in Financial Security & KYC topics: AML and anti-terrorism; anti-bribery & corruption; sanctions and embargoes)
General knowledge of the Financial Security & KYC regulatory environment
Knowledge of financial security & KYC issues and challenges specific to Germany
Strong knowledge of Financial Security compliance processes, risk assessment, and regulatory requirements
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess risks
High level of integrity, reliability and discretion when handling sensitive information
Proactive and self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
High attention to detail and accuracy in preparing reports and status updates
Fluent in German and Englisch
