Join our global finance team at TUI as a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist and play a key role in supporting our financial planning and analysis activities across our international operations. The Group Financial Planning & Analysis department currently consists of 13 international colleagues based in Sweden, the UK, Belgium, Germany, and Tunisia.


This is a hybrid position requiring regular office attendance at one of our TUI offices worldwide (see our office locations).


The role will be published until 1st December 2025.

ABOUT THE JOB



You'll assist with monthly reporting and planning processes by collecting and organizing financial data from our Holiday Experiences businesses to support Group decision-making. We'll rely on you to support commentary preparation on trading trends within Markets & Airlines and Holiday Experiences. Your contribution to monthly Cash Flow reporting and strategic planning processes will help maintain visibility of the Group's liquidity position. Supporting monthly P&L Reporting will be a key part of your role, helping us prepare accurate profit and loss statements. In this role, you'll respond to ad hoc data requests to support various departments, including Investor Relations. Working in a hybrid model, you'll collaborate with international teams while enjoying the flexibility of splitting your time between one of our global offices and remote work.

ABOUT YOU



You have a background in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field. We're looking for someone with analytical skills and a keen attention to detail. You possess working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and can organize financial information effectively. Having some experience or internship in finance would be beneficial for this role. Your strong written and verbal communication skills in English will help you collaborate across our global teams. English will be your main language of communication. Meeting deadlines is second nature to you, supported by your strong organizational skills. You bring a basic understanding of financial reporting processes and are eager to learn financial planning methodologies. The ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across different business units is essential for your success.
