Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Financial Controller to join our team in Diemelstadt. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing forecasts, budgets, and multi-year plans, carrying out financial analyses, and supporting effective site management through the development of analysis models. You will also create internal reporting, KPIs, and follow-up measures, while cooperating with different departments such as operations and accounting. Additionally, you will support projects focused on process design and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare forecasts, budgets, and multi-year plans Conduct regular and ad-hoc financial analyses Develop analysis models to support effective site management Create internal reporting, KPIs, and follow-up measures Communicate extensively with management, colleagues, and headquarters finance teams Cooperate with different departments (operations, accounting, etc.) Conduct process analysis and propose corrective actions Support process design and improvement projects

Requirements:

Degree in Finance, Controlling, or a related field Several years of experience in a comparable role Strong knowledge of cost accounting and financial reporting in an international environment Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP is a plus Fluent German language is mandatory; excellent English skills required Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently with a hands-on mentality and high commitment
