For our Group Financial Planning and Analysis team at ProCredit Holding in Frankfurt am Main, we are seeking a motivated

Financial Analyst (m/w/d)

Your role in our team:

• R egular analysis of and reporting on the operational and financial performance of the ProCredit banks and the group as well as ad


hoc analyses on specific issues

Co-ordinating the annual business process, both with the Group as a whole and with the different planning entities Support asset-liability management (ALM) activities (e.g. funds transfer pricing, liquidity planning, etc.) Improvement and further development of controlling concepts and tools used by the Group Conduct regular analysis of banking sectors and markets of operation Support the ProCredit banks in the development of controlling-related activities

What we expect:

• Y ou have a university degree in Finance or Computer/Data science or related disciplines


You have already gained meaningful experience in the area of financial controlling/analysis within a financial institution You possess over general knowledge of principles of IFRS accounting, especially in the context of financial institutions Y ou also have a general understanding of the principles of risk management in financial institutions, ideally in the context of German banking regulation

Y ou feel comfortable using MS Office products, especially Excel, and ideally have come in touch with Power BI and SQL in the course of your career

You have an excellent command of English in speaking and writing; German is a plus You possess over strong analytical and interpersonal skills and are diligent and accurate in your work You have a strong interest in the Eastern European countries, economies and banking sectors in which ProCredit operates
