To support our ambitious team, we are looking for a:

FINANCIAL ANALYST (m/f/d) Full-time / 40 hours per week

Do you already have experience in Finance? And you are enthusiastic about numbers and procedures?

• Preparation of monthly financial reports, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and cost analysis
• Identifying trends, risks and opportunities through analyzing business data and financial key performance figures
• Performing analysis to evaluate and optimize the financial performance of the business
• Cross-departmental collaboration with internal stakeholders to continuously improve data quality as well as internal procedures

We need people like you, who identify with our goals and drive our business forward.

• A bachelor\'s degree in finance, Business Administration or related field or equivalent business education
• 2+ years of experience as a financial analyst or similar role
• Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and business analysis
• Proficiency with financial software and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, ERP system skills, Power BI, Tableau, or other data mining tools)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to structure and interpret complex data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German
• Ability to collaborate with various departments and work effectively as part of a team
