Role Description
Design & responsibility: Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS16 in close cooperation with the Financial Controller Keeping an eye on the figures: Monitoring and controlling receivables and payables in conjunction with invoicing, the Shared Service Centre and Sales Securing processes: Ensuring the correct posting of supplier invoices and preparing advance VAT returns and official reports (e.g. Z5 reports) Reporting and analysis: supporting internal and external reporting and preparing meaningful reports Finance projects: actively participating in exciting projects in the finance department and continuously optimising our processes
Completed commercial training with further training as an accountant or comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in accounting (at least 2–3 years) Very good knowledge of HGB, IFRS knowledge an advantage Confident in using Excel and ERP systems (SAP experience desirable, Hyperion a plus)
