YOUR TASKS

To support our continued growth, we are currently looking for a

Finance Working Student (m/f/d)

to join our

Finance Department

in our centrally located Hamburg office. In this role, you will support financial analyses, reporting, and various operational tasks within the team.



Your range of tasks includes:


Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including collecting financial data, updating internal reports, reconciling selected accounts, and organizing relevant documentation Assist with financial reporting, such as creating management reports, KPI dashboards, and variance analyses Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes, including data collection, consolidation, and scenario modelling Assist in preparing and organizing data for billing processes Maintain financial data and support the preparation of datasets and analyses for internal financial reports Support the administration and documentation of employee work equipment, including tracking assignments and updates Perform ad-hoc financial analyses to support decision-making in various departments Help implement new finance tools and automation initiatives

REQUIREMENTS & YOUR EXPERTISE

A completed bachelor’s degree – ideally with a focus on finance, accounting, or business administration An analytical mindset with strong numerical and problem-solving skills A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and reliability in your work The ability to structure data, identify inconsistencies, and draw meaningful insights You are a proficient Excel user and have solid skills in PowerPoint for presenting analyses and results Initial experience with data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) is a strong plus A proactive, hands-on attitude and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and the confidence to collaborate with different departments Fluent English and good German (B2), which you can use in communication with various stakeholders
