In this key role, you will act as a trusted sparring partner to our local managing directors, providing financial insights and strategic guidance for important business decisions. With strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of budgeting, reporting, and forecasting, you will help steer our growth in the Nordic region.

Responsibilities
You drive the financial performance of our Nordic business through forward-looking advice, active steering, and clear performance goals
You prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and KPI reports to support strategic decisions
You assess business cases and conduct profitability analyses for key investments in Sweden and the wider Nordics You identify efficiency and value opportunities and turn them into actionable measures
Working closely with Operations, Controlling, Accounting, HR and Procurement, you help achieve cross-functional goals
Your Profile
Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in project and/or business controlling – ideally in building services, construction, or real estate
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills combined with excellent communication abilities
High affinity for numbers and a strong business mindset
Confident user of ERP systems and Excel
Fluent in German and English; knowledge of Swedish or experience in the Swedish/Nordic market is an advantage
