We are seeking an Finance Business Partner - Associate Director based in Munich, to partner with our Oncology/Hematology country management teams in Germany and Canada. This leadership role combines strategic financial analysis with hands-on responsibilities, providing deep exposure to the commercialization of innovative products and an opportunity for growth. Collaborate with global teams and local leaders to shape critical business decisions while contributing to our mission of advancing healthcare solutions. This is a 12 month fixed term contract. A Typical Day might include:
Develop and monitor revenue forecasts for commercialized products, collaborating with global and local teams.
Analyze Actuals vs. Forecast data to identify variances and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Own the P&L for Germany and Canada, advising country leadership on profitability and finance matters.
Track and review costs, ensuring corrections are made where necessary.
Facilitate cross-functional communication between Commercial, Medical Affairs, and G&A teams.
Lead process improvements and enhance resource planning activities, including headcount and budget allocations.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining high standards of integrity.
Provide leadership to Finance professionals and Office Managers across the European business. This Role May Be For You If:

Applicants must have a relevant graduate degree and professional or post-graduate finance-related qualifications. At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in the biopharma industry, with expertise in revenue modeling and an understanding of European reimbursement systems. Proficiency in managing complex financial processes and tools while driving organizational alignment. High proficiency in English is required. Preferred qualifications include fluency in additional European languages and experience leading cross-functional teams in a multinational setting.
