Your Role

Build and lead the installation team, organized into field crews, engineers, IT, and logistics. Oversee customer site deployments end-to-end, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to spec, and at high quality. Coordinate closely with the installation PM on customer communication, scheduling, and progress reporting. Supervise infrastructure engineers on provisioning, system configuration, and monitoring. Align procurement and logistics to guarantee smooth project execution. Mentor and train technicians, enforce safety and quality standards, and act as the escalation point for technical issues.

Your Profile

5+ years in hardware/network installations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of network infrastructure (switches, firewalls, connectivity, camera systems). Hands-on troubleshooting and scripting skills (Linux/Bash or similar). Experienced in customer-facing delivery and project coordination. Fluent in English; German is a plus. Willing to travel regularly, with a valid driver’s license and ability to support hands-on work when needed.

Highly preferred to have a valid driver's license.
