The Field Services Organization in Europe is responsible for all Local Technical Support to our customers on-site and for the Operation & Maintenance of all Field and Support Services Contracts in the Region related to our digital Radio communication systems.

We’re looking for talented, motivated, and committed Electronic/System/Computer Engineering graduates to join us and help our customers in the MOMENTS THAT MATTER!

Tasks and responsibilities:

Independent commissioning, repair, maintenance, and upgrade of Motorola radio systems in Germany and later also in other European countries, Responsibility for the technical support of our customers after the commissioning of our complex digital Radio communication systems, The support of authorities and organizations with security-relevant tasks, energy supply companies, factories for industrial and chemical production, public transport companies, and airport organizations as well as the German armed forces, Takeover of on-call duties within the department, Support of the trade organization and the company's internal departments in addition to direct contact with the customer, Support of large and strategic projects, Creation of reports, statistics, and presentations, Independent processing of operational matters within the framework of established working methods and procedures.

Basic Requirements

Successfully completed technical training

or degree in the field of Radio Telecommunications/IT

(or a comparable Qualification) 1-2 years of experience working in a similar field would be beneficial, Good knowledge of the

IP network architecture

and its components, Ability to work independently on complex

technical tasks,

Ability to work in a team, A strong

willingness to travel

for several days in Germany and abroad (Europe) is essential - up to 50 % of travel, Willingness to participate in

on-call service

24/7 in the team, EU citizenship with residence in Germany for at least 5 years Willingness to undergo security screening by the Federal Ministry of the Interior High degree of independence and assertiveness, Confident demeanor and good manners, Excellent written and spoken

German and good English,

Class B

driving license.
