Your Mission
Acquire and develop new B2B customers across Northern Germany
Consultatively sell technical control & monitoring solutions
Manage the full sales cycle: needs analysis proposal negotiation closing
Build strong customer relationships and regional networks
Maintain CRM & pipeline documentation
Represent the company at customer meetings and trade fairs
Your Profile
2–4 years of B2B field sales experience (technical products)
Strong technical understanding (electronics / industrial systems)
Fluent German (C2) + good English (B1)
CRM & ERP experience
High willingness to travel across Germany
Independent, persuasive, customer-oriented mindset
