Our mission is to enhance safety, productivity, and efficiency on construction job sites, and we're seeking a dynamic Field Application Specialist to bolster our customer success team in Europe.

Responsibilities



Act as the primary company representative on customer job sites, ensuring exceptional service delivery. Educate customers on our innovative product, clearly communicating key features, workflows, and value. Lead on-site product demonstrations and support installations. Deliver comprehensive training on system operation, best practices, and maintenance. Serve as the main point of contact for customer technical inquiries and provide timely troubleshooting and support. Collaborate closely with internal support, service, sales and engineering teams to resolve technical and operational issues. Maintain proactive follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction, performance improvement, and successful adoption. Document and communicate technical issues and bugs to the R&D team. Support sales and marketing by sharing insights, customer feedback, and field observations. Keep accurate records and regularly update all activities in the CRM system.

Experience and Skills



Background in the construction industry, ideally with exposure to excavation workflows or heavy equipment operations. Proven experience in customer facing or field support roles involving technology implementation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging operators, supervisors, and senior stakeholders. Technical aptitude with solid problem-solving ability.

Willingness and availability to travel extensively, including travel across all of Europe

, with at least 50 percent of time spent in the field.

Drivers License required, Construction machine operation skills (excavators is a strong plus)

Ability to work independently and make decisions in dynamic environments. Experience working with international teams is an advantage. Experienced training skills or background – an advantage. Previous experience with tech startups or Israeli vendors is a plus. Knowledge of radar systems or engineering background is an advantage. Experience with underground utility locating (including GPR) is a strong plus. We are specifically looking for a

Location:

Europe. Preferably near a major airport. Home office setup when not traveling. Extensive travel within the EU, with occasional trips to Israel as required.

Reports to VP of Customer Success.
