technical support
for customers before and after sales? Conduct
equipment installation, testing, demos, and troubleshooting
Deliver
customer training
and create German-language manuals, videos, and documentationCollect user feedback and
liaise with HQ
for product improvementSupport
local service center setup
and handle minor equipment repairsAssist the
sales manager
with customer visits and product certification tasksMust-have Qualifications
German national,
fluent in German and English
? 3–5 years of
technical support / FAE experience
in surveying or construction equipmentStrong
hands-on skills
and excellentcommunication abilities
Willingness to
travel regularly
for field serviceValid
driver’s license
