Your tasks

You will quickly have a local and global overview of our IT landscape (full stack) and put on your IT hat in projects so that everything runs smoothly and coherently.

In doing so, you will work agilely, examine processes holistically, remodel, change and adapt where necessary. With your all-round expertise, you will support your colleagues in daily business and beyond.

Exactly:

You take care of data management, business process development and requirements engineering, help with the creation of business cases, product lifecycle management (Java Microservices, Core Banking, DWH) and stakeholder management.

Speaking of management:

In requirements management, you take a close look, analyze, evaluate and design effective, efficient, and sustainable IT solutions (API /Kafka based) in collaboration with developers, architects, and product owners.

You will correct errors, provide advice and support in third-level support, develop tests and support the specialist departments in carrying out the tests.

Of course, you will keep us and your team up to date with a meaningful IT system, test and process documentation and help us to plan, prioritize and implement all business extensions in data, analysis and reporting.



Your profile

Degree in computer science, business administration or a comparable qualification

Know-how in requirements engineering and management as well as in software engineering, esp. analysis, conception and modelling

Have Strong understanding of IT systems, including Java Microservices, Kafka, APIs

Professional experience in the financial services environment, preferably in the banking sector

Practice in classic and agile project management

Communication and presentation skills paired with analytical and critical thinking, decision-making, problem-solving skills

Independent, systematic and solution-oriented way of working

Fluent written and spoken English. German is a plus.
