Key Responsibilities





Mechanical and dynamic design and optimization of turbomachinery components with a focus on low-pressure blading Application of modern methods and tools, e.g., CAD-based geometry optimization Conducting and documenting FEM calculations and verifying design criteria

Work Experience



Successfully completed university degree in mechanical engineering, mechanics, aerospace engineering, energy technology, or a comparable field with a focus on mechanics Very good knowledge in mechanics and (nonlinear) dynamics, lifetime calculation and material mechanics Experience with numerical methods (FEM) and 3D CAD design tools Good knowledge in the field of turbomachinery and power plant technology is desirable Professional and project experience in the mechanical design of machine components Analytical skills – result orientation – organizational skills – quality orientation and communication skills * Good German and English language skills
