Das Facility-Team von TE Connectivity ist für die Verwaltung von Einrichtungen und Immobilien, Büroplanung, Unternehmensleasing und/oder Immobilienkoordination zuständig. Sie arbeiten eng mit Unternehmens- und/oder Anbieterverantwortlichen zusammen und beraten diese bei der Koordination größerer Bauprojekte, Umbauten sowie bei Leasing- und Immobilienaktivitäten.

Gesamtverantwortung für alle Facility-Themen am Standort Ottobrunn Budget- und Kostenverantwortung für den Bereich Facilities Ansprechpartner für Behörden, Sachversicherer und die Gemeinde Ottobrunn Planung, Umsetzung und Begleitung von Bauprojekten aller Art Projektierung und Steuerung von Instandhaltungs- und Sanierungsmaßnahmen (z. B. Dächer, Fassaden, Fenster, Türen) Identifikation und Umsetzung von Kosten- und Energieeinsparungsprojekten Monitoring aller Energiedaten sowie Forecast und Kapazitätsplanung (Gas, Strom, Wasser) Unterstützung bei standortübergreifenden Sonderprojekten Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung von EH&S-Maßnahmen (Environment, Health & Safety) Sicherstellung einer zukunftsfähigen Organisation durch Nutzung von Synergien, Aus- und Weiterbildung sowie strategische Personalplanung Unterstützung des Fleet Managements für den Standort Ottobrunn Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der unterstellten Teamleiter Aktives Mitglied im TEGA-Krisenstab 24/7/365 Ansprechpartner bei Notfällen (z. B. Feuer, Sturm, Stromausfall, Sabotage) Backup-Funktion für technische Infrastruktur und Site Services

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

Abgeschlossenes Studium als Ingenieur (m/w/d) in einem technischen Bereich oder staatlich geprüfter Techniker/Meister (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Elektro- oder Versorgungstechnik Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im technischen Facility Management, idealerweise mit Bauprojekten, Instandhaltung und Energieversorgung Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden und Teams Zusatzqualifikation als verantwortliche Elektrofachkraft (VEFK) Schaltbefähigung für Mittelspannung (1–30 kV) Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungs- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis und Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Zusammenhänge zu erfassen und zu kommunizieren
