Newport Spectra-Physics GmbH MKS Inc.

In Ihrer Rolle als Facharbeiter für Mechatronik (m/w/d) für Systeme und Geräte der Laser Business Unit sind Sie eigenverantwortlich tätig im Bereich der Laserproduktion bei Newport Spectra-Physics MKS Inc. In Reinraumumgebung erstellen Sie Komponenten für die nachfolgenden halbautomatischen Fertigungsprozesse, auf Grundlage von Arbeitsanweisungen und technischen Dokumentationen. Das Team erbringt technische Dienstleistungen für unsere internen Kunden. Das Ziel ist eine termingerechte Ausführung der Aufgaben basierend auf Software gestützten Programmen inkl. Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten, Maßnahmen, Ersatzteil-bestellungen und des Gerätestatus. Wir sind ein Team aus 4-5 Kollegen und arbeiten auftragsbezogen eng mit unseren Standortkollegen aus Forschung und Entwicklung, Logistik und Auftragsabwicklung zusammen.

Ihre Verantwortung

Montage und Kommissionierung unserer Komponenten für Festkörperlaser mittels halbautomatischer Fertigungstechnologien Überprüfen optischer, mechanischer und elektronischer Komponenten und Baugruppen auf ihre Spe-zifikation und Funktion Montage opto- und elektro-mechanischer Komponenten und Baugruppen Dokumentation von Produkt-, Prozess- und Gerätedaten Produkt- und Prozess-Verbesserungen anstoßen und im Team umsetzen

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen

Einen erfolgreichen Abschluss als Elektroniker, Meister; staatl. geprüfter Techniker der Fachrich-tungen Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Industrieelektronik, Feinmechanik, Kommunikationselektronik, Uhrenmacher Berufserfahrung in der Mess-, Steuer- und Regelungstechnik sind wünschenswert Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und MS-Office-Fertigkeiten Sie besitzen ein gutes handwerkliches Geschick, auch um den Aufwand bestimmter Reparaturen ab-zuschätzen, Analysefähigkeiten, technisches Know-how, Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsge-schick Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in unserem ISO-Klasse-4-Reinraum Sie charakterisiert eine kooperative und kollegiale Arbeitsweise
