Your RoleProviding ready to implement vision science concepts for development of digital measurement / digital fitting solutions Self-organized, constantly screening, analyzing, monitoring and testing of latest global developments and industry trends in vision science Continuous improvement of existing solutions based on user research, analysis of studies and the emergence of new technologies Stay updated on industry trends, realize new ideas, and support product rollout and maintenance Collect, analyze and present vision science relevant statistical data Propose IP generation options and ensure FTO approval

Your ProfileSuccessfully completed masters/diploma degree in the field of vision science / optometry or comparable subject Comprehensive and up to date knowledge in optometry with willingness to permanently expand in addition to expertise in the field of IP Extensive experience in planning, managing, and executing vision science studies, including statistical analysis and product testing as well as skilled in driving innovations in optometry/vision science and digital technologies, with a passion for expanding knowledge in these areas Self-driven and structured approach to achieving common goals, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results on time, analytical, data-driven, and understanding of customer and consumer needs by staying attached to innovation and market trends, integrating them into product roadmaps and developments Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and goal orientation in combination with proficient in presenting complex concepts to stakeholders, including senior management and external customers or partners Capable of working in cross-functional, intercultural teams with high flexibility and adaptability to dynamic environments Fluency in English
