Your role



As Expert Global Substance Registration (m/f/d) you will be part of our Global Substance Registration team consisting of 10 colleagues. As part of this team you will be responsible for guaranteeing compliance with regulations throughout the supply chain, such as the verification of all purchases of substances made from each of our European purchasing organizations. These purchases can be made from EU suppliers, considering the company as a downstream user, as well as from non-EU suppliers, the company acting as an importer under the REACH regulation.

This role is a fulltime position to be located in our global headquarter in Holzminden, Germany.


Raw materials:

You are responsible for our raw material approval both for existing and alternative vendors as well as the raw material introduction for new developments.

CP Material Introduction:

New material code approval from a REACH perspective for our Production Sites.

Invoicing process:

Purchasing request creation and follow up of all REACH invoices from our purchasing organization in Spain.

LATAM regulations related to REACH:

to be in contact with the Regulatory team in LATAM in order to be aware of all the new implemented regulations in this region.


About you



You successfully completed your university degree in nature sciences or comparable education and work experiences. You have first experience working in international chemical law and notifications. Ideally you are experienced in toxicology and working with SAP and EH&S. You are a team player, self organized, flexible, have good communication skills, manage priorities and workload. You are entrigued by working with Data. You are fluent in both written and verbal business english and ideally have a good command of another major language such as spanish.
