You are responsible for managing the global NPS survey – from concept development and execution to analysis and reporting
Your responsibilities also include preparing insightful management reports, dashboards, and presentations for executives as part of an integrated communication approach
You support internal stakeholders in translating customer insights into concrete action recommendations for regions, service divisions, and corporate functions
In addition, you develop and establish global feedback loops and processes to ensure effective follow-up and continuous improvement
Another key focus is conducting benchmarking analyses on customer satisfaction and feedback management, comparing DEKRA with leading TIC companies and international best practices
You design targeted account-based marketing campaigns for strategic customers, aligned with global and regional priorities
Based on customer feedback and NPS results, you identify opportunities and risks for key accounts
Working closely with sales, marketing, and service teams, you develop tailored customer engagement strategies
You establish scalable ABM best practices and toolkits for international implementation
Qualifications
University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Experience, or a related field
5+ years of professional experience in customer satisfaction management, customer insights, or account-based marketing in an international environment
Proven track record in managing NPS or similar global survey programs
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear actions and recommendations
Solid knowledge of ABM concepts, tools, and execution methods
Experience with digital marketing and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
A team player who has a service-oriented mindset, proactive approach, and strong communication skills
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills are desirable
