We’re looking for an Executive Creative Director / Creative Director who breathes creativity and technology in equal measure.



Someone who can lead, pitch, code-switch, and inspire.



You’ll work at the intersection of brand, tech, and storytelling — shaping world-class creative work and the team that delivers it.



This isn’t a role for someone who just “oversees.” You’ll pitch in to win business, lead the team into the future, and roll up your sleeves to help bring killer work to life. You’re as comfortable in Figma as you are in code reviews or motion direction. You get interactive. You get AI. You get people.

Qualifikation



9+ years experience in a senior creative role at an agency or creative tech company strong leadership track record with hands-on creative execution fluent in brand storytelling across platforms, storytelling, digital, motion, interactive a strong understanding of development workflows, web tech (HTML/CSS/JS), and digital product thinking deep curiosity for AI, automation, and emerging creative tools skilled communicator with proficient English level and native German level strong new business and pitch experience strategic mindset with a love for collaboration and growth
