As an Executive Assistant (m/f/d), you will be the right hand of our President and play a crucial role in supporting his vision and goals. Your responsibilities

Administrative and executive support of Orise CEO, and other management team members Proactive organization of the schedule and efficient planning of meetings, events, and travel Management of internal and external communication, including email correspondence and phone calls Independent management and administration of selected projects with the aim of assuming a position of responsibility within the company in the long term Preparing meaningful/illustrative presentations and evaluations Communication and correspondence with our customers, business partners, and the corporate group Ensuring the smooth running of board meetings and strategic discussions Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and building a strong network for the management

Your profile

Completed degree, professional qualifications or university degree Several years of professional experience, ideally in a similar position or in a demanding corporate environment, would be an advantage Excellent organizational skills Agility and the ability to prioritize and work under pressure Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a professional manner High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information Proficiency in MS Office and other common office software applications Flexibility, resilience, and willingness to take on new challenges Fluency in English is essential, German an advantage
