As an Execution Manager (EXM), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects that align with our organizational goals. Acting as a strategic bridge between sales commitments and world-class project execution, you will embed excellence at every stage —driving early alignment, disciplined planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, customer satisfaction, and team capability growth.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Transform operations’ excellence strategies into measurable, profitable, and sustainable outcomes
Oversee the creation, coordination, and approval of project execution concepts (PEC) for global energy generation projects, focusing on control systems, electrical engineering, and digitalization, including risk assessments and resource allocation
Support and review technical risks, cost calculations, and supplier bids, ensuring lessons learned are shared and applied across projects
Drive early project alignment and fast-track initiation by removing constraints and fostering collaboration between onshore and offshore teams
Mentor project teams with functional heads, ensure adherence to project management governance, and support project review meetings
Promote continuous improvement, process optimization, and knowledge sharing, while ensuring compliance with Siemens Energy’s project management methodologies and industry standards
What You Bring
Degree in Engineering (M. Eng. or B.Eng.) and proven long standing experience in project execution or management within complex, multi-stakeholder environments, preferably in energy, engineering, or related sectors
Strong understanding of risk management, project planning, and stakeholder engagement
Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills, complemented by decisiveness and strong organizational abilities
Ability to drive process improvement and foster a culture of excellence
Experience with international projects and cross-functional teams is an advantage
Fluent in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is desirable, and additional language skills are a plus

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
