We, Netlight, are looking for a Feel Good & Event Manager to join our First Impression Team in Hamburg.

The Role

As part of our Global First Impression Team, you’ll play a key role across all service areas, including Event Management, Office Management, and Welcome Management.

In this fast-paced and ever-changing environment, your tasks will span a variety of areas to ensure seamless experiences for both employees and guests. It's a full-time junior-to mid-level position starting as soon as possible. Your role will be dynamic and encompass a wide range of responsibilities. From creating an outstanding first impression for our guests to coordinating events, workshops, and meetings of all sizes, you’ll keep things running smoothly. You’ll manage the reception, serve as the go-to person for our employees and external visitors, and contribute to maintaining a well-functioning, welcoming, and inspiring work environment.

Netlight works without bosses, so you quickly get responsibility and work in a very self-organized way.
