Equity Distribution is an integrated Equity Sales & Sales-Trading business aimed at delivering comprehensive solutions and execution capabilities to serve our corporate client’s best interests, while simultaneously


delivering value to our Institutional Client base. Deutsche Bank’s high-touch cash trading offering boasts senior-level coverage with a history of exceptional client service. Together with our global sector sales specialists


and generalist sales team, our sales-trading team provides coverage of SMID-cap to Largecap Portfolio Managers across the US, Europe and Asia.


The individual will sit within the German-based General Sales team, part of the wider European Equity Research Sales team. You will be responsible for specific clients as well as working with the wider sales team to distribute Equity Research product to asset managers, discussing macro, sector and stock specific views. You will look to enhance relationships with existing clients as well as looking for opportunities with new clients. Additionally, you will be expected to support the ECM distribution process for specific clients and work closely with our colleagues cross asset classes.

Your key responsibilities

Service priority clients by developing strong client relationships through value-added transmission of our European Equity Research product Execution of the sales plan aligned with the market trends and the offering of the business line Provide market and individual stock idea generation to clients in support of their investment process Support ECM distribution process with clients Ability to identify new client relationships with clients in support of the Equity Research business model Manage Analyst marketing, conferences, roadshow meetings and industry events with clients Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the Bank's CRM system Business travel and client entertainment as required

Passion and enthusiasm for global equities and markets cross-asset classes Entrepreneurial mindset Ability to thrive in high paced environment Strong analytical skills to derive company specific investment ideas and general market dynamics Ability to work well with other Sales personnel and Research Analyst teams High and effective communication and presentation skills Fluency in German and English (written & spoken) as well as computer language skills
