Environment Technical Artist

with strong Unity experience to realize creative ideas for our newest title Big Farm Homestead. You will bridge the gap between art and technology, build and enhance 3D environments and ensure that visual elements are integrated seamlessly into our projects. YOUR MISSION



Collaborate with artists and developers to create and implement environmental art assets within the Unity Engine. Conceptionalize environmental assets. Develop and maintain shaders, materials, and visual effects to enhance the visual quality of our projects. Optimize assets for performance without compromising visual fidelity. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to art assets and engine integration. Provide guidance and support to the art team on technical best practices. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in game development and art production.

YOUR BACKSTORY



Proven experience as a Technical Artist with good experience of

Unity

with emphasis in 3D games (use of Render Pipelines, implementing assets - usage of prefabs, etc.). Proven experience in creating Organic Environmental Assets with focus on mobile games. Experience in Concepting Environmental Assets. Previous experience in mobile game development or real-time applications. Strong knowledge of 3D modeling, texturing, and shading techniques; and proficiency in use of software like Blender, 3Ds MAX, or equivalent. Understanding of rendering techniques, performance optimization, and asset management for mobile platforms, and knowledge in use of spreadsheets to maintain asset catalogues. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.

Additional skills to impress us:





Experience with AI image generation tools. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, Perforce), and experience with Jira and Trello to maintain art tickets. A portfolio showcasing relevant work and technical artistry skills. Experience in 2D art and profound usage of Photoshop to create offer images, UI icons and banners.
