About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join us as an

Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR)

– a role where you’ll innovate, prototype, and drive new product development with the ambition to build the

operating system for non-financial data and performance

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Innovation & Development

Lead the journey from concept to prototype to customer-ready product. Translate ideas into concrete product roadmaps, balancing short-term delivery with long-term impact. Collaborate with the

Innovation and Advisory team

as the main source of research and market insight, grounding user stories and product decisions in sustainability. Work closely with engineering to define clear user stories and keep the Jira pipeline filled. Rapidly prototype and test new features, iterating based on insights and measurable outcomes.

2. Customer Engagement & Market Validation

Interface directly with prospects and customers - leading demos, sales conversations, and feedback sessions. Capture insights from the market and translate them into product decisions. Build strong relationships with early adopters to validate, refine, and prove impact.

3. Business Line Ownership

Act as the “mini-CEO” for your product line, taking collective responsibility for outcomes. Make strategic calls on prioritisation, resourcing, and sequencing. Provide input into go-to-market strategy and commercial positioning, working hand-in-hand with growth and advisory teams. Drive initiatives forward at high speed, ensuring real-world impact. Collaborate with leadership to align prototypes with overall company vision.

Location

We are a remote-first company. You can either work out of our headquarters in Berlin or remotely. Choose the setup that works best for you. Remote locations should be within +/- 3 hours of CET time. We regularly get together at co-location weeks to strengthen a great culture across geographies.
