to join our Go-To-Market team. You will play a pivotal role in driving growth by finding, nurturing, and closing opportunities with new and existing customers while managing a forecast against a quarterly bookings goal.
In this role, you will expertly articulate the value of our product, guide customers through technical evaluations, build champions, and sell to VP-level and C-suite buyers. While you will engage with high-growth commercial accounts, your primary focus will be on the enterprise segment.
You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, as well as cross-functional teams across Nordic Semiconductor, to drive adoption, coordinate sales strategy, and deliver unified value to customers.

Key responsibilities
Drive new enterprise customer acquisition and consistently meet quarterly sales targets
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to demos, proof of concepts, and contract negotiation
Build strong champions at the VP and C-suite level, effectively communicating the business value of Nordic’s solutions
Partner with cross-functional teams to align on opportunities and deliver unified value to customers
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce, ensuring disciplined and predictable execution
Qualifications and skills
5+ years of sales experience, including 3+ years in Enterprise B2B SaaS quota-carrying roles
Proven record of meeting $1M+ ARR quotas with new logo wins exceeding $100K, including experience managing large enterprise accounts
Strong background in selling highly technical solutions, building champions in technical roles, and running proof of concepts
Familiarity with MEDDIC and Solution Selling principles
