The Role
You’ll coach German-speaking leaders and teams to achieve tangible results in English while supporting their personal and professional growth.
You will:
Design and deliver 1:1 and group sessions that build confidence, clarity, and real-life communication skills.
Help clients dissolve fears and limiting beliefs around language and speaking up.
Adapt flexibly to client goals and context (leadership, presentations, negotiations, feedback, conflict, etc.).
Foster trust, curiosity, and deep connection in every interaction.
Collaborate with a supportive team that shares ideas and learns together.
Must-Haves
Native-level English (C2)
—clear, confident, and versatile across business and leadership contexts.
Strong coaching/teaching background (business English, communication coaching, or leadership coaching).
High emotional intelligence and excellent facilitation skills.
Growth mindset: you seek feedback, iterate, and experiment.
Reliability, professionalism, and comfort working remotely.
Respect for diverse backgrounds; curiosity about German business culture.
Nice-to-Haves
Coaching certifications (ICF/EMCC or comparable) or demonstrable coaching toolkit.
Experience coaching founders, SMB leaders, or corporate teams.
German proficiency (nice, not required).
