Job description:



To strengthen our teams, we are looking for

a bilingual English-speaking Customer Adviso

r to join our customer service department in Englos (59) on a permanent contract.

As part of the Customer Relations team, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

1 – Mission: Customer service



Advise customers (pre-sales, after-sales) Respond to customers via various means of communication (email, telephone, chat, social media) Produce accurate reports on each customer situation to ensure efficient team handling of cases.

2 – Mission: Customer loyalty/satisfaction



Apply the commercial policy in order to build customer loyalty and satisfaction Report customer feedback with a view to constantly improving our products/services Comply with the response time defined by management according to the mode of communication Conduct satisfaction surveys.

3 – Mission: Administrative management



Ensure that disputes with our transport providers are opened and follow up if necessary. Track and follow up on pending returns. Manage the administrative side and follow up on unpaid orders.

Your profile:



You are fluent in English and have good written and oral communication skills. You are customer-focused and have a strong sense of service. You are able to take a step back and look beyond the immediate problem. You are dynamic and motivated. You are proficient in new technologies and have good IT skills. Ideally, you already have successful experience in customer service and enjoy versatility. Fluency in French or German is a plus.
