Drive technical and data strategy

for our Unified Data Platform domain, balancing immediate automation needs with foundational capabilities

Shape practices and processes

for a newly-formed team to enable high-velocity delivery

Proactively identify platform needs

by understanding use cases across product and engineering teams

Make strategic staffing decisions

, identifying skill gaps and driving hiring for diverse profiles

Guide technical decision-making

and influence company-wide technical direction as part of engineering leadership

Translate technical complexity

into actionable insights and tasks for technical and non-technical stakeholders

What you'll bring



3+ years

of engineering management experience and

8+ years

of overall experience in the industry.

Strong technical background

in data platforms, backend infrastructure, or similar domains

Experience with NodeJS, Python, and data infrastructure technologies

(data catalogs, APIs, schema management, governance tools)

Strategic mindset

balancing short-term needs with long-term technical investments

Track record of technical leadership

guiding teams through complex challenges

Ability to decompose

ambiguous problems into concrete implementation plans

Hiring experience

for specialized roles (data platform, backend, AI engineers)

Proactive problem discovery

- anticipating issues before they become blockers

Clear communication

translating technical concepts into business impact and actionable tasks
