Your Mission
Ensure repair activities on core engine components
not only meet ESM, CMM, IRM, SPM, and OEM requirements
but go beyond them. Develop and implementtailor-made repair procedures
for core parts like blades, vanes, and CC. CreateMaster Repair Schemes
and see them through from concept to execution. Writeprecise engineering, warranty, and reject findings reports
Build new repair capabilities, evaluate alternative tools and parts, and even design your own equipment. Be thearchitect of repair processes
that drive our future forward.Your Background
Degree in
Aerospace/Aviation
(or equivalent) ideally with a strong focus on engines.15+ years of aircraft/engine component repair experience
, with at least 8 years in an engineering role. Solid hands-on expertise inCFM56-5/7 core repairs
(vanes, blades, CC, etc.) Previous work in world-class repair shops (e.g., MTU, Lufthansa Technik, or similar). Experience withDER development, reverse engineering, SPD
. Fluent intechnical English
