Job Description

We are looking for a part-time employee (minimum 20 hours per week) to join our purchasing department as soon as possible.

Your tasks include:

Order processing for outer fabrics Supplier communication, including deadline tracking Monitoring production requirements Recording, controlling and processing incoming goods Invoice control Master data maintenance Queries/documentation on the topic of sustainability Project work

successfully completed commercial vocational training

strong analytical skills, quality awareness, ability to work in a team

Working style:

structured, independent, solution-oriented

Experience and expertise:

proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), confident in using merchandise management systems, knowledge of AS 400 is an advantage, fluent German and business fluent English skills
